Presented in a 50g jar fruity golden girolles or chanterelle, brilliantly aromatic and flavourful. Beautiful flower-like Girolles are delicate and incredibly fragile, very valuable, picked only from June to October in the hardwood forests of Europe. Their fragrance is fruity, with aromatic hints of apricot. Cook gently and slowly, so they wont harden. Store in a dark, cool and dry place. Imported from France by Plantin.
