Presented in a 50g jar morels are less available than other wild mushrooms. These are very tasty mushrooms which have an elongated shape, resembling a dry and indented pine cone. Morels should be fully cooked to enjoy all its flavours and aromas. A classic dish: morels braised in butter and deglazed with Madeira. Pair with omelette, chicken, red meat or use in soups and sauces. Soak in warm water for approximately 30 minutes before use. Grown and imported from France by Plantin. |
