Escargots (snails) are a timeless French delicacy. Each tin contains 2 dozen large Bourgogne (Burgundy) snails which can be cooked in the empty shells or in our escargot baking dish. Add garlic and butter for a simple French classic dish and enjoy with a glass of your favourite French wine. The empty snail shells can be re-used time and again for your favourite escargot dishes. To clean shells, simply rinse with warm water after use. |
