Serves 2-3 Persons. A tasty mix of fish cloaked in a deliciously aromatic broth. Bouillabaisse is a traditional Provençal fish stew originating from the port city of Marseille. It is an aromatic stew made with a fish base and a variety of fish and shellfish. This Bouillabaisse is made with only with natural ingredients and whole fish, not just the heads and bones.

This jar will easily serve 2-3 people. Simply reheat on the stove and serve with boiled potatoes, croutons, aioli and rouille for a delicious gourmet meal.
