| A Jar of Whole Duck Foie Gras on a bed of onion confit from Lucien Georgelin. It is delicious served with French bread or toast and paired with a sweet white wine. 68% Foie Gras and 31% Confit d'Oignons. Keep your Foie Gras in the refrigerator for 24 hours before eating, take out one hour before serving and cut into slices using a hot knife (cleaned and dried between each slice). Serve with a toasted baguette and a sweet wine. |
