A Block of Duck Foie Gras from premiere Perigord producer La Truffe Cendree. This block of duck foie gras is extremely smooth, rich and nearly buttery in texture. It is delicious served with a confit d’ognions and paired with a sweet white wine. Keep your Foie Gras in the refrigerator for 24 hours before eating, take out one hour before serving and cut into slices using a hot knife (cleaned and dried between each slice). Serve with a toasted baguette and a sweet wine. |
