: Duck liver, salt, cognac, sugar, spices, curing agent: sodium nitrite, curing accelerator: sodium lascorbate, Apsic 17% (water, gelatine, Gewurztraminer wine (5%), salt, sugar, aroma, spices)
 

A Jar of Whole Duck Foie Gras in Gewurztraminer from premiere Strasbourg producer Edouard Artzner. Presented in traditional jar. It is delicious served with a confit d'ognions and paired with a sweet white wine.

Keep your Foie Gras in the refrigerator for 24 hours before eating, take out one hour before serving and cut into slices using a hot knife (cleaned and dried between each slice). Serve with a toasted baguette and a sweet wine
