Cassoulet derives its name from the traditional glazed dish or "Cassole" in which the cassoulet is traditionally cooked for two hours. Already cooked for your convenience, this cassoulet needs only to be reheated. With no colouring or added preservatives this is a French classic made to a traditional Toulouse recipe.

For best results place the contents of the jar in a glazed dish and brown in the oven for about twenty minutes. Then sit back and enjoy with a glass of your favourite French wine and crusty bread. Also can microwave.
